The leg blaseter superset

  1. 12 squat jumps
  2. 12 squats
  3. 12 jumping lunges (12 per leg)
  4. 12 lunges (6 per leg)
  5. 30 seconds isometric wall squat

Perform 3-5 laps and rest 60-90 seconds between laps. Adjust the reps up or down depending on your personal fitness level and make sure you warm up before and cool down after every workout.
