    I bought issue 20-5 because I live in the states and by far, this is my favorite magazine. I find this mag here every once in a while. Just realized I could buy it digitally. I did but the link that was sent in my email won’t open.

    More hard copies are being sent to the US, so there will be the option of probably getting one from your local Barnes and Noble.

    I would like to buy the digital version but I live in Japan and I have a UK credit card. Pay pal will not recognize cards that are not issued in the country of residence. How can I get a digital copy?

    We have just contacted paypal and have been informed that you should contact your card supplier and get them to change the authorization for your card i.e. to authorize for UK payments. It sounds though that with a UK card, you should really be Ok…… Get back to us if that does not work.

    Why is the digital magazine the same price as the hard copy magazine? Its a great idea but for the same price I would rather have the magazine. You have no printing costs with the digital magazine.

    Hi I purchased digital Issues Vol 20 4 to 6 on 12/08/11 but have not received any download links. This is the second time I have encountered problems when buying digital issues. Please can you help.

    Like Rhona I have ordered 2 issues and not recieved a link via e-mail.

    This is very frustrating especially as your digital issues section claims e-mail sent immediately upon payment. Evidently not.

    Hi there-i realised yesterday my subscription had ended after august 2011. I phoned the subs department several times yesterday-but only ansaphone! I am now interested in buying digital back copies-but i am concerned now after reading the comments above.
    ALSO i have subscribed for a long time-loyal reader, and i also receive your newsletter. I am not sure when that started to come to me-or if i signed up, or it was due to my receiving the magazine. I didnt receive a free digital copy at any time? I tried to re sign on this page to get one, but it states that my address is already subscribed. Please can i have my freebie? For belonging to the Fitzine newsletter? especially as i have 2 back issues that i need! VOLs 21: 8 and 9 and the current issue

    I bought two digital issues one worked perfectly and the other doesnt work at all. I emailed twice and have not had any response. Really disappointed

    I am not able to buy a copy of the mag due to limited suppliers and supplies.
    The larger stores i normally use WH Smiths only had 2 copies one was pre ordered and the other had been sold…why

    I received confirmation of joining your mailing list, March 22nd 2012, at 14:09. it is now 23:27 on March 22nd 2012 and still no sign of “Download your free copy straight away.”

    I purchased several digital copies of the magazine on March 30th and have not received anything for the download as of March 31st. I sent an email asking for an ETA of the link, but haven’t heard anything as of yet….any suggestions?

    I’ve emailed them several times myself….no response. What’s the deal? It really can’t be that difficult…send the downloads or refund the money I spent….simple.

    Looks like this is a great magazine and I have been pumped to get it….but follow-up on the back end sucks! I’m just glad I didn’t tell anyone about the mag yet…boy would I have looked stupid! Looking more and more like a scam….
