For today’s workout, all you need is a skipping rope, some space and a stopwatch…
Storm through the following as fast as you can. Burpees can be performed with or without the press up/jump as required.
- 10 burpees
- 100 jump rope turns
- 9 burpees
- 90 jump rope turns
- 8 burpees
- 80 jump rope turns
- 7 burpees
- 70 jump rope turns
- 6 burpees
- 60 jump rope turns
- 5 burpees
- 50 jump rope turns
- 4 burpees
- 40 jump rope turns
- 3 burpees
- 30 jump rope turns
- 2 burpees
- 20 jump rope turns
- 1 burpees
- 10 jump rope turns

Today’s workout is a nice combination of cardio and muscular endurance training rolled into one!
Six laps of the following – go for your best possible time!
- Run 500 meters
- 20 bicycle crunches (10 each side)
- 15 squat jumps
- 10 dips OR press ups
- 5 pull ups
