WOW – Mondays Workout 27/01/2014

Todays workout is called the 10-50-10 Circuit and is a straight race aginst the clock!

Se up all the equipment in advance to avoid unnecessary delays. Storm through the following exercises as fast as possible making sure you finish each exercise before moving onto the next. Feel free to make substitutions as necessary but remain true to the spirit of the workout e.g. replace chin ups with lat pull downs.

  • Run 500 meters
  • 10 chin ups/pull ups
  • 20 burpees
  • 30 bent knee sit ups
  • 40 double unders (2 jumps per skipping rope turn)
  • 50 squats
  • 40 double unders
  • 30 bent knee sit ups
  • 20 burpees
  • 10 chin ups/pull ups
  • Run 500 meters
