WOW – Mondays Workout 30/04/2012

BootcampThis workout is against the clock so have a stopwatch at the ready!

Warm up for 5-10 minutes by doing some light cardio and dynamic stretches

Storm through for time resting as little as possibe…

10 chins (substitute body rows, assisted chins or lat pull downs as appropriate)
20 Press ups (full or on knees)
30 Squats
9 chins (or body rows or assisted chins as appropriate)
18 Press ups (full or on knees)
27 Squats
8 chins (or body rows or assisted chins as appropriate)
16 Press ups (full or on knees)
24 Squats
7 chins (or body rows or assisted chins as appropriate)
14 Press ups (full or on knees)
21 Squats
Etc and continue until you reach
1 chin
2 press ups
3 squats

Do some light cardio to cool down and stretch those hard worked muscles – post you times and comments below!

    Done in 12:43.
    Mostly assisted chins (although pleased I managed the 1st 5 unassisted), full pushups.
